Terms of Service

By installing or using the Ayla browser extension ("Ayla") you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Ayla replaces your browser's new tab page with wallpapers, a focus timer, tasks, widgets and related features. Features may change, be added or be removed over time.

2. Accounts

An account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account.

3. Premium

Some features are marked "Premium". During the launch period they are free for everyone. If Premium becomes paid, prices and terms will be shown clearly before any purchase, and nothing will be charged without your explicit consent.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Ayla to break the law, to harm others, or to try to access other users' data or interfere with the service.

5. Content and third parties

Wallpapers come from Wikimedia Commons and Unsplash and remain under their authors' licenses, which are shown with each photo. Weather, prayer times, currency rates, holidays and other information come from third-party services and may be inaccurate or unavailable; please verify important information, such as prayer times, with your local authority.

6. No warranty

Ayla is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data or other damages arising from the use of Ayla. Keep important information backed up.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Ayla after changes means you accept them.
